Why Plant-Based/Vegan?

I had gone back and forth for years trying to be vegetarian but I didn't have the tools or the support to take it all the way. When I finally went vegetarian, and then vegan I realized how much this lifestyle had changed me. My stomach problems dissapated almost entirely, my sleep improved, I lost weight, and I felt so much better!


Kaitlyn has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Yoga Studies and is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She studied Health and Wellness Coaching at the graduate level at Maryland University of Integrative Health where she received her Health and Wellness Coaching Certification. She is also a full-time Clinical Nutrition Student working toward her Master's Degree which will allow her to become a Licensed Nutritionist in the State of Maryland.
